I loved my stay at the Central Apartment! The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with a bus exchange and mall nearby. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was a lifesaver during my 10-day stay. The pool and gym facilities were well-maintained and a great bonus. The manager was friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Melbourne.

There were a few negative aspects that impacted the overall experience. The reception was closed after 4 pm, making check-in a frustrating and confusing experience.

The location couldn't have been better being right across from a mall that catered for all needs. With modern and clean units, daily servicing of the apartments felt luxurious. Having basic kitchen supplies available made my stay even more enjoyable. I could cook with ease and a dishwasher eased any post cooking pressure.

Although parking can be difficult when there are many guests, the most disappointing aspect was the ongoing construction. It was not well informed on the website or at check-in, which made entry to the building particularly stressful.

The accommodation was quite spacious and clean with plenty of amenities to help make our stay enjoyable. The location was ideal given its proximity to local attractions, which made it easy to get around and explore. The staff were also quick to respond to any concerns or queries we had.

The parking situation could have been handled better, as we found it quite difficult to find a suitable spot to park. Nonetheless, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not greatly affect our overall experience.
